I worked in the Stone Chemistry Research Lab at the University of California, Santa Cruz during Summer 2018 and Summer 2019. For my internship, I worked on a lot of different projects. I prepared Histone proteins and analyzed Shelterin protein complex. I also worked on sonicating, purifying proteins with FPLC, and growing ecoli bacteria. It was a great experience.
